• Maintenance service and asset management
• Visit each office to check the health status of all the devices on regular basis
• Verify and make necessary report regarding asset management
• Perform basic trouble shooting
• Coordinate repairing/ replacement of device with the vendors
• Follow up and resolve related tickets in service now
• Implantation of new devices
• Get trained with the latest audio video solution
• Assist project manager in coordination of the implementation of these devices ( installation, establish repairing process, user training…)
• Make necessary asset registration and Asset tag labeling
• Scope
• Office area docking and monitor arms
• Meeting room audio video devices

• Qualification
• Is interested in learning the latest Audio / video solution
• Likes to do computer related trouble shooting
• Able to plan his or her own tasks and schedule
• Good inter personal skills while facing internal customers
• Good English proficiency

• Location
• Base in Linkou/ Taichung office, but need to travel to other offices to provide maintenance service
• This person will be out of Linko/ Taichung office most of the time

• Since office facility are usually occupied by employees, this person will need to work in a slight different schedule, for example 7am to 4pm, or 11am to 8pm. Exactly hours is negotiable.
