We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and delivering innovative and intuitive design solutions for our medical products.

1. Adopt a user-centric ​​approach to design and proactively identify pain points to create elegant and user-friendly experiences in a team environment.
2. Apply appropriate research methods to transform insights into tangible solutions and validate designs.
3. Develop user journeys, wireflows, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design rationales to design peers and non-design audiences, such as software development, quality assurance, sales, and marketing.
4. Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.
5. Iterate and offer design versions based on feedback and learnings found in user testing, identifying and prioritizing tasks to meet the schedule.
6. Partner with peer designers to maintain and iterate design systems, files, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency across products.
7. Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to help reach the best outcome for all stakeholders and ensure that designs are implemented according to the design specifications.

【Basic Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 2+ years of professional experience in user research and design.
3. Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, etc.).
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and document design decisions.
5. Knowledge of design systems and ability to work within established design guidelines and principles.
6. Interested in the medical field and comfortable with navigating through ambiguity to find design opportunities.
7. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills to define problems, solve problems, and your problem-solving processes.

【Nice-to-have Qualifications】
1. Experience in designing B2B products, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
2. Experience in conducting human factors testing, usability testing, or A/B testing.
3. A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
4. A good command of English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct user research in overseas markets.
5. A systems thinker who can make sense of complex products in terms of wholes and relationships.
