Finance Manager
Job Description
As Finance Manager, you will oversee business scenarios and develop proper models to predict and to track key metrics, allowing leadership team to make strategic decisions. You will work closely with teams across the company to manage insights and improve processes across all operations.
This role is newly created to own a broad set of finance-related tasks for the company. This unique role involves a healthy mix of strategy and execution, which combines the best elements of working for an early-stage startup—wearing many hats, working closely with our leadership team, building from the ground up, and near-unlimited ownership and autonomy. As Aiello continues our rapid growth, there's no ceiling on what this role could grow into, including managing a much larger team potentially. What you'll do:
Create, own, and maintain our detailed financial model and budget
Work closely with functional leaders on strategy decisions, to ensure we hit our overall financial goals (incl. sales efficiency, unit economics, and overall cash burn)
Create reporting and other materials for a wide range of stakeholders, including executives and investors
Own our cap table and investor data room
Support leadership decision-making by providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, year financial planning and analysis process, including developing operating budgets, variance analysis, KPI development and tracking.
Develop near term and long term financial modeling and scenario planning.
Engage in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance and look to the future for risks and opportunities.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
You must have:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
At least 4 years of related budget planning and analysis experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
