必要條件：
- 熟悉MVC架構
- 熟悉CSS、Javascript (jQuery)、Html5、RWD
- 熟悉任一前端framework
- 瞭解版本控管系統，知道如何使用 Git
- 熟悉Web API串接
- 可與網站企劃、UX/UI 良好溝通，以利推進專案執行
加分條件：
- 敏捷開發經驗
- 有撰寫CSS預處理器(如SASS或LESS)的經驗
- 具 SEO 概念
- 熟悉 Linux
