The Senior Customer Success position provides an excellent opportunity to work with professionals from various industries and backgrounds worldwide.

You will be an expert on the company products and help key customers adopt our technical solution and bring success forward. Connecting the right solution to overcome operation challenges, and work with the Technical Support Team to assist current business clients to resolve potential issues, and offer support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the CSM Team to meet and improve success and retention related metrics
- Help design and develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for customer expansion
- Work on strategies to mitigate the potential risk of churn
- Own key accounts to achieve quantifiable value, ensure growth, renew contracts, and become a product evangelist
- Identify account stakeholders and establish relationships
- Keep the customer knowledgeable of relevant updates and industry insights
- Drive cross-functional projects to enhance customer satisfaction, business relations, and improvements for the company

Requirements

Job Requirements:
- 2+years working in the SaaS industry
- 5+years customer-facing experience with proven outcome
- Fluent in the English language (Native is a plus)
- Strong business and technical communication skills (persuasion, conflict resolution, negotiation)
- CRM and helpdesk software experience preferred
