Allxon’s Field Application Engineer focuses on a range of embedded firmware development actives to create a high-quality embedded product. You will be part of a solution success team implementing innovative Allxon plugIN solutions for remote manage and control AIoT edge devices for smart city, smart transportation, and more AI at the edge application. This is a great opportunity to expand your development expertise while creating real, customer-focused products that are released worldwide.

[Responsibility]
 Provide technical service, and be the first line to handle and verify technical issues for worldwide partners/customers.
 Cooperate with internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
 Dig out the use cases and pain points from the partners, and build up the best solutions from Allxon's experience.
 Learn the latest technology or tools from Allxon's ecosystem partners, and plan to import to Allxon solutions.
 Prepare solution training materials and provide training to partners/customers in person or via different events.
 Familiar with Linux systems, especially embedded Linux.

[Core Required Skills]
• Experience in C/C++
• Linux
• TCP/IP

[Qualifications]
• EE Engineer, Application Engineer, or CS with 3+ years of relevant development experience

- Bachelor’s degree, major Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as FAE or RD professional
- IPC experience (FAE or RD background) is preferred
