提供組織”數位轉型”策略建議與規劃執行方案; 帶領團隊偕同外部軟體公司採”敏捷式”進行開發/提升/改善/優化內部電商平台/會員獎金系統與作業平台 (e.g.跨區域/跨單位會議，熟悉電商&購物網站經營 且確實掌握需求/規格/系統架構/平台規劃/ Scrum& Agile專案管控、系統交付/導入、內部訓練與上線後追蹤)

Assists the Reginal IT Head in creating an integrated digital and information technology strategy /plan to support multiple business unit strategies, which may include analyzing new emerging technologies and translating implications of the new technology into an effective integrated IT strategy for multiple business departments

1. Manage relationship with Digital, Product and Project Management teams to ensure digital platform/product enhancements are integrated into backend systems per requirements and delivered on schedule and within budget
2. Agile based processes to work closely with the internal and external development team to launch new features, resolve issues and do platform updates to improve the omni-channel commerce experience and system performance
3. Establish best practices and driving improvements to our commerce site using A/B testing and analytics to make data-driven decisions
4. Provide leadership and guidance to train, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
5. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• University graduated or above
• 5yr+ experience in a supervisory role or leading initiatives/solutions
• Familiar with JAVA/Spring Frameworks, RESTful web-services Hibernate, Spark Framework, Struts
• Familiar with AWS compute like EC2, Lambda, Fargate, Beanstalk and either database like AWS RDS, Aurora, MySQL, MSSQL, DynamoDB
• Have a hands-on DevOps work and AWS environment development experience
• Well know either APP related development tools like Google Flutter, Java, object-C, Swift, React Native Web/Application tools like node or Vue, React, Angular, c#, RESTful web services, shell script
• Experience leading a team; attention to detail and organization skills; ability to utilize metrics and data to improve service quality and team performance
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
• Basic understanding of Data Privacy regulations
• Must be a creative thinker and team-worker, Presentation skill, enthusiastic, good in coordination & communication skill. Being Patient, Self-motivated
• Fluent in English spoken and reading
