We are seeking an experienced support engineer capable of independent problem solving capabilities. A support engineer who possesses an understanding of Blockchain technology like web3 and apps use cases. The candidate will work closely with Technical Team and Customer Service Supports, internal and external Engineering teams for the products he/she will be engaged in. Your work will ensure the Customer Service team meets all its commitments and has the knowledge and capabilities to deliver best in class support to our customers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Hands-on technical support activities
• Act as an escalation point for customer complaints for the products, she/he is engaged with
• As part of a global support team, working on establishing operational protocols and standards
• Perform regular health check on cloud environment Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud application
• deployment Write and maintain deployment and operation documentation Maintain standard operation procedure Work closely with Application Development Team and Infrastructure Team Work on Agile Scrum methodology
• Work on shift

Minimum Requirements:

• Have great facility in Linux
• Good on Shell Script
• Good on Nginx
• Experience in Amazon Web Services
• Knowledge on Kubernetes / Docker, and CI/CD is a plus
• A good team player, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure
• Good communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience in IT related disciplines, with Application Support experience is preferred
