Job Description
工作內容及職責:
- 1. 負責台北辦公室10~20人的MIS/IT 維護工作: 約占工作時間(30~45%)。
A). IT設備管理及維護。
B). 搭建研發工程師所需的Server及開發環境，例如: 設置VPN, VM, Soft Switch, VLAN, Firewall, Veeam, DNS 設定, Website Security Certificate等網路設定。 - 負責公司tier-1客戶的產品升級、安裝及Windows Update (每個月1~2次): 約占工作時間(5~10%)。
- 產品技術支援：需提供客戶，產品的技術支援及consulting，入職後會給予相關的產品訓練，約占工作時間(20~30%)。
- 微軟新產品技術研究，約占工作時間(10~20%)。
- 上級長管臨時交辦事項，約占工作時間(10~20%)。
Requirements
所需技能
1. 資工/資管/資訊相關科系畢業者為佳，但非必要條件。
2. 3~5年以上MIS工作經驗
3. 總公司及客戶在美國，需俱備英文聽力及口說技能。
4. 需俱備Office 365 Administration 的管理經驗。
5. 有管理Skype For Business、Teams、Active Directory, VoIP產品, IP-PBX經驗者為優先考量。
6. 俱微軟或Ribbon 的SBC (Session Border Controller)經驗者，優先考量
7. 俱備微軟網管經驗及IP-PBX產品經驗者，優先考量。
8. 俱備MCSE or MCITP證照者，優先考量。
9. 有操作FreeSwitch經驗者，優先考量。
10. 有意願學習本公司產品測試技能者，優先考量。
11. 若有以下技能相關經驗者為佳：
A). IP-PBX實作或管理經驗
B). 有FreeSwitch 管理經驗者
C). Linux作業系統網管經驗
E). Microsoft Azure 管理經驗者
E). Cloud Operation 經驗者
