Responsibilities
- SW diagnostics and troubleshooting at customer site:
- Assist in analyze of SW issues being handled by SW group
- Troubleshoot SW issues using data from customer equipment
- Extract relevant data
- Perform beta/first in fab SW installations
- Assist/lead SW features production tests/alpha on-site/beta
- Upon customer / account SW request research to create detailed Specs and User stories
职务需求
- 1+ years experience of software support, Fab automation or hardware support with computing/SW capability on semiconductor equipment.
- Computing systems knowledge and capabilities especially with Microsoft Windows and computers or servers.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experienced in IT computing/networking, semiconductor industry or matrix organization is a plus.
