Design Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
- Strategize, develop, and manage quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications
- Architect, standardized, and execute manual and automated testing methodologies across multiple products/projects that enable high-quality deliverables
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Create Quality KPI and take actions to drive the teams to deliver perfect quality products and re-validations.
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and coach QA Engineers
Requirements
· Minimum of a BSME/BSIE/BSEE or related Engineering degree
· Years of experiences: At least 13 years of experiences Leadership experiences: Leading a team with 10 members
· Technical knowledge of conducting process audits and formulating plans to drive continuous quality improvements
· Must be self-motivated/self-directed, is able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and flawlessly.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and acceptable levels in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Six Sigma Green/Black belt, ASQ CQE/M/A certifications are highly desired.
· Ability to create and innovate quality deliverables/processes during new product development and sustaining program management
· Advanced understanding of quality tools
· Ability to influence others and interact at all levels within the organization
· Ability to deal with ambiguity
