How will you make an impact in this role?

In this position, this position will be responsible for the following:

  • Drive customer loyalty and spending in lending products.
  • Strong data analysis skills for targeting segmentation to drive cost efficiency. Analyzing market trends and competitors to develop corresponding marketing strategies.
  • Participating in market research and product development to support the company's business growth strategy. Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive billing momentum and brand awareness.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing exceptional business partnership and to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Creating marketing plans, budgets, and overseeing the execution. Manage end-to-end project delivery, project status reporting, ensuring that projects are delivered timely and within scope.
  • Collaborate well with the internal stakeholders such as the call centers, technology, merchant partnership teams, to ensure the superior customer experiences at all customer contact points from end-to-end process aiming the high customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking and analyzing billing performance, providing relevant reports and recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements while keeping customer experience as top priority.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising.
  • Extensive experience in marketing, particularly within the card industry or luxury brand industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with management and cross teams.
  • Analytical, sound business and financial acumen, attention to details and comfortable with centralized work processes.
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in credit card industry will be plus
  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, capable of effectively guiding and motivating team
