Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a member of the team working on providing consultation, solving problems and application design on project teams implementing AMPOS's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) application. The ideal candidate has a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope.


  • Lead training and evangelizing of AMPOS ERM product value to customer managers
  • Negotiation and communication of schedule and scope of solution delivery with customer contacts
  • Assist in conveying and performing application build, test, and deploy activities according to the plan
  • Creating project deliverables
  • Leading requirement definition and implementation workshop
  • Providing solutions aligned with the requirement definition
  • Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
  • Developing, and configuring AMPOS products accordingly
  • Providing information and knowledge as a specialist of AMPOS Solutions


- Experience in implementing software/ consulting or system implementation
- Demonstrated 3 years+ of consulting or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated and can move thing forward aggressively
- Experience on leading project team consisting of a few people
- Well-Experienced/ Knowledgeable in ERP/CRM field either on - Oracle/SAP/ or other cloud solutions

Preferred Qualifications
- Project leading experience
- Experience working for internal IT department
- Strong presentation design skill
- Experience designing databases
