OPEN POSITION

This is a part-time full stack engineer position. No need to come into the office, and work remotely. We are looking for someone who loves to take on a challenge, good at time management and communication, and responsible individual who likes to have the opportunity to play with new technologies but also detail oriented. You can manage your own hours. We simply ask you that allocate a designated time to sync with our team weekly, and deliver on what you committed on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and support new features on Mentu platform using different technologies ranging from booking systems, to payment processing to video conferencing integrations
• Explore challenging new areas and build high-quality new features
• Work closely with other developers and product owner to enhance and maintain the current features already on the platform

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in reading English technical documentations
• Experience in AWS services, Node.js and React
• Proficiency in software design patterns
• Experience in SQL and relational database design
• Solid understanding of fundamental algorithms, system design, and data structures,
  and ability to reason through the myriad trade-offs that are present in large distributed systems
• Ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to new development environments, learn new
  systems, create reliable/maintainable code, and find creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
