Job Description

This role is responsible for growing the ERM business and will achieve this through supporting sales and delivery teams, generating thought leadership, and driving strategic direction around the total product. This role will require close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to enable rapid customer adoption and success with AMPOS's ERM product.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the development of product strategy and messaging
  • Coordinating resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across customer teams
  • Participate in customer meetings and presentations when required
  • Educate and enable partners to evangelize and promote AMPOS products with our shared customers
  • Develop thought leadership presentations or publications in promotional material.
  • Provide thought leadership and sales support to teams in driving new opportunities
  • Provide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in clinical operations applications
  • Develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of new features and functionality for new and existing customer base
  • This position require travels to customer and prospects customer sites in Taiwan and Mainland China

Requirements

Qualifications
- Direct experience managing or developing large teams in manufacturing or service industry.
- Strong English communication ability
- 5-15 years’ professional experience across, industry, software or services
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and drive innovation across business processes or solutions
- Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
- Ability to hold meaningful conversations with heads human resources and operations regarding people management and productivity
- Understanding of large scale people management

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of thought leadership through industry presentations, publications or other mechanisms
- Experience selling software and/or services to manufacturing or service organizations
- Experience with enterprise people management technologies.
