As a Technical Project Manager you will be a member of Customer Facing team and helping with the implementation of our ERM product. You will be responsible for understanding our customer’s business needs, translating business requirements into solution design and configurations and assisting with technical project management.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise on implementation, technical design, and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation best practices
- Design and Propose cloud-based integrations
- Coordinate integration and development projects and resources
- Partner with other parts of the organization to deliver technical presentations to current and prospective customers to evangelize the value of AMPOS’s solution

Qualifications
- 3+ years proven track record of leading systems implementation projects
- Experience designing and developing integrations
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and create corresponding solution designs
- Proven ability to manage diverse customers and/or stakeholders, and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise software configurations, integrations and customizations
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Preferred Qualifications
Project leading experience
- Experience working for internal IT department
- Experience in product pre-sales or in services delivery management
- SaaS/Cloud experience
