As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a member of the team helping execute and ensure the success of the implementation of AMPOS's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solution as well as providing post deployment support. The ideal candidate has a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) and 4+ years of professional experience. - Experience deploying or setting up cloud based software solutions - Detail oriented - Experience providing technical support to external customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work in a fast-paced culture Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of accessing databases and executing SQL - Well-Experienced/ Knowledgeable in ERP/CRM field either on Oracle/SAP/Salesforce.com or other cloud solutions
