Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a member of the team helping execute and ensure the success of the implementation of AMPOS's Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solution as well as providing post deployment support. The ideal candidate has a keen focus in delivering exceptional customer success, thrives as a self-starter, and is excited to push the envelope.
Responsibilities:
- Performing solution build, test, and deploy activities according to the implementation plan
- Providing after go-live activities including ongoing support
- Configuring AMPOS solution accordingly prior to deployment
- Assist in content and user data upload
- Execution of automated tools/scripts to deploy customer environments
- Develop tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor customer usage and behavior
- Monitor customer usage and behavior then highlight recommendations to Customer Success Managers to provide to customers
- Providing information and knowledge as a specialist of AMPOS Solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) and 4+ years of professional experience.
- Experience deploying or setting up cloud based software solutions
- Detail oriented
- Experience providing technical support to external customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of accessing databases and executing SQL
- Well-Experienced/ Knowledgeable in ERP/CRM field either on Oracle/SAP/Salesforce.com or other cloud solutions
