# 主要任務
1. 社群(FB、LINE)行銷活動企劃、執行及維運。
2. 具有廣告製作物文字編輯能力。
3. 對時事敏感度高，並有蒐集整理網路社群生態及話題熱區的習慣。
4. 對居住正義議題有一定理解。
5. 了解時下網路語言，跟上網話題與熱度
Requirements
1. 官網、FB、LINE...等，網路社群小編經驗。
2. 對時下居住正義、財經相關新聞有基本涉略。
3. 具溝通協調、邏輯思考，突破框架的文字構思能力。
4. 熟悉 Office 軟體、社群軟體...等
