Job Description

Fully responsible for our digital marketing activities that includes:

• Lead and drive user acquisition via an integrated approach which consists of SEO, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and Direct Marketing.
• Develop digital content and manage online presence on official websites, social media, SERP, and online vertical media & communities.
• Monitor the digital sales funnel with analytics tools and derive insights from the data to enhance UI/UX and conversion rate.
• Closely work with agencies including SEO, creative, advertising, and website design to ensure high-quality deliveries under defined timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with the Product Marcom to develop marketing copywriting, key visual design, POSM, and online/offline promotional campaigns to build consistent product image across different marketing channels.
• Optimize and monitor all digital marketing activities. Prepare monthly reports with detailed analytics and actionable recommendations.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Other duties assigned by supervisors.

Technical

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing with a demonstrated success in leading integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AD, Google Optimizer, FB Business Manager, FB Pixel, WordPress, and WordPress SEO plugin; working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be a big plus.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize SEO keyword strategies copywriting and website’s friendliness to search engine algorithms.
• Capability to keep up with digital marketing trends, changing MarTech tools and platforms, and to apply in work.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
