We’re looking for a Fund Finance and Administration Manager. This individual will be responsible for finance and administration of the AppWorks funds, to ensure AppWorks keeps top-tier fund compliance and accuracy for our investors.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage fund administration projects, including fund accounting and financials preparation, portfolio valuation, fund finance and more
- Liaising with external parties to ensure fund compliance and accuracy, including auditors, tax counsels, fund administrators, offshore registration agents, and portfolio companies
- Prepare periodical reporting materials for investors, board meetings and shareholder meetings, and ensure fund management is in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
- Build a holistic view on portfolios, learn how venture capital works and help with fund-level management
- Earn US$ 27K – 50K annually based on your performance

职务需求
To excel in this position you will need:
- 2 – 4 years of working experience, preferably in PE/VC fund finance & administration / auditing / tax compliance / corporate finance or other relevant domain
- Self-drivenness, great at execution, skillful in problem-solving, and an excellent attention to details
- Potent written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
It would also be nice for you to have:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or MIS
