團隊組成分佈於八個不同的國家、橫跨四個時區，主要辦公室設立於台北。我們曾獲得 Techstars, 500 startups 等知名加速器投資，且產品多次被 TechCrunch, Forbes, WSJ, Mashable 及各大媒體報導，客戶集中在北美和歐洲地區等英語系國家。

我們希望找到一位 Design Lead，協助我們打造頂尖的設計團隊，創造令人驚豔的使用體驗。你將會與各個團隊及CEO密切合作，一同參與重大策略及產品方向的討論。

你主要 70% 的工作內容會是 ：

- 負責帶領設計師團隊，創造最佳的使用者體驗
- Review 各種設計產出，確保設計品質
- 持續優化產品設計流程，在確保設計品質的前提下，提高團隊效率
- 帶領設計團隊建置、維護 Design System，確保與工程師之間的合作效率
- 指導團隊進行各種有意義的使用者研究，幫助團隊了解使用者的需求
- 與各個團隊以及CEO密切合作，參與產品策略和方向的討論

另外 30% 的工作內容會是：

- 與設計師們一起動手做產品設計
- 善用 wireframe 以及 UI-flow 闡述使用流程和理念
- 產出讓使用者覺得用心、好用的設計
- 與 PM 和工程師一起討論產品細節
- 為你的設計做最後把關，與PM和工程師一同QA你的設計結果

The Arc & Codementor product team cares the most about:

1. The speed of validating the market and the maintainability of our code. We believe that “speed” is one of the most important elements for a startup to succeed, and code quality is the cornerstone of validating the market.
2. Enthusiasm and understanding of our product and industry. We believe an in-depth understanding of the product is essential to delivering the best product and service to our users.
3. User experience. We believe that a good user experience is a major driving force for improving our product.

70% of the time, you will be doing:

- Lead the design team to create the best user experience
- Review and quality check all the designs before production
- Continue to optimize product design processes and improve team efficiency while ensuring quality
- Lead design team to build and maintain the Design System and ensure cooperation efficiency with engineers
- Instruct the team, conduct meaningful user research, and help the team understand the needs of our users
- Work closely with teams and CEO, participate in product strategy and direction planning

30% of the time, you will be doing:

- Hands-on product design with designers
- Use wireframe and UI-flow to illustrate the process and concept
- Output design that makes the user feel attentive and easy to use
- Discuss product details with PM and engineers
- Final QA check of the design results with PMs and engineers

我們希望找到這樣的 Design Lead：

- 至少 5 年以上的設計經驗，有帶領設計團隊的經驗尤佳
- 對於設計有無比的熱情，喜歡用聰明的方法，優雅地解決問題
- 絕佳的溝通能力，享受團隊合作互相切磋的感覺
- 熟知 UI/UX 設計流程
- 有極好的 UX sense 和視覺表達能力
- 精通 Sketch, Zeplin, Invision，熟悉 Photoshop, Illustrator 等設計工具
- 熟悉並實際參與過使用者研究
- 有和PM或工程師合作過的產品設計經驗
- 精通英語會是一大加分，如果有用英文和使用者溝通的經驗更棒
- 瞭解網頁技能 HTML、CSS（RWD），具備基本程式語言觀念也是一大加分

Requirements:

- 5+ years of design experience, preferably have experience with leading a team
- Has a passion for our product and likes to solve problems methodically and elegantly
- Has great communication skills and enjoys working with others as a team
- Familiar with UI/UX design guidelines
- Great UX sense and ability to express visually
- Proficient in Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, and familiar with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator
- Has experience using Principle, Framer JS, keynote to make an animated prototype
- Familiar and have participated in user experience research
- Loves to learn!

Bonus:

- Bonus if fluent in English and has experience communicating with users in English
- Knowledge in HTML、CSS（RWD) and basic programming language concept is also a big bonus
