創意發想
- 你經常有源源不絕的點子嗎？ Growth Team 需要有創意的人才加入，每位成員都有提案及投票的權利。
- 我們鼓勵 Growth Team 的每位成員多去嘗試各種產品，探索我們產品的各種可能性，以有效增加產品的用戶為目的，任何天馬行空的點子都有可能被實現。
- 作為 Growth Team 的成員，我們也鼓勵你去挑戰團隊中每項點子的決定，透過激烈與理性的辯論，幫助團隊用更聰明的方式來執行。
目標 + 數據導向
- 根據公司的 OKR，Growth Team 會訂出團隊每兩個月的共同目標，根據團隊的目標，討論出個人的目標以及工作內容。
- Growth Team 重視的是目標的成效，我們透過數據來驗證每項假設，並以驗證的結果來當成進一步優化的依據。
工作內容
- 開發並驗證驗證產品的各種新嘗試，以 MVP 為導向製作出可以快速進行市場驗證的功能，決定產品未來的可能走向。
- 持續開發能幫助公司帶來流量的新網頁，拓展現有 ToFu (Top of the funnel) 含金量高的頁面。
- 網站主要流量來源為 Google Search，身為 Growth Team 的一員，也需負責以下任務：
- 使用各項 SEO 優化技巧，提高頁面在特定關鍵字中的搜尋曝光度、排名以及點擊率。
- A/B test 各種實驗來優化頁面的註冊率及停留時間。
- 使用任何新技術挑戰極限，加速網頁渲染速度，不被現有框架限制。
- 多項跨團隊的合作：
- Marketing Team 的合作
- 不定期的實體、虛擬線上活動，討論並建製各種活動頁面，強化活動成效。
- 討論並共同製作以特定關鍵字為導向的 SEO 頁面。
- Product Team 的合作
- 優化註冊前的使用方式，透過註冊前後流程的整合，提升使用者的體驗。
- Marketing Team 的合作
- 開發、埋設與維護一套易於使用的跨平台追蹤程式碼，收集數據，記錄使用者行為。
Requirements
希望至少具備
- 2 年以上的前端開發經驗
- React 及 Next.js 開發經驗
- 熟悉 React 的狀態管理流程（例如 Redux or React Hooks + Context）。
- Jest 或其他前端測試框架經驗
- 良好英語閱讀及寫作能力
Nice to have
- 有 SEO 概念
- Web performance 優化經驗
