This person must be highly organized, resourceful, enthusiastic, and be able to drive the recruitment process smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive and improve recruitment, interview and hiring processes, and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you will be doing

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Working closely with internal teams to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
• Ensure our ATS is properly updated and accurate
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant platforms
• Screen and interview applicants for competency with the job requirements
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
• Plan and participate in job fairs and employer branding events and initiatives
• Participate in other people team initiatives

We hope you have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiting role at a growing company
• Experience in sourcing candidates for both technical and go to market roles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong EQ
• Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese skills

Bonus point if you have

• Experience in managing full cycle recruiting processes
• Experience using an ATS (We use Greenhouse!)
• Experience in tech startups or high growth companies
• Experience working in a multi-cultural and remote team
