1. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify market trends, requirements and needs
2. Plan and manage the tasks and resource to the developing team considering the market requirement, value, and priority
3. Manage product and feature roadmaps/ software quarterly release plan and its scope
4. Define the product UI/UX flow, specifications, and features
5. Follow up the new product developing milestone and risk control to ensure the correct time to market
6. Collect feedback from partners and/or market about the products.
   
7. Train partners and internally for new product/ new features launch

1. At least 5 years of experience in Product Management for electronic product or software industry is a plus
2. Familiar with Scrum management is a plus
3. Good communication skills and ability to organize and coordinate with cross function team
