The role is that of a hands-on technical 5G FAE with prior experience in WiFi, 4G/5G Network function end-end field application support. You will be responsible for supporting of PoC and pre-commercial deployment for Atayalan software and troubleshooting of the solution. Product support will cover WiFi connection, 5G network functions, packet core & Cloud front end system integration.

Job description:

• Work closely with BD for planning support of enterprise network deployment (e.g. providing deployment topology, HW configurations & requirements, etc.)
• Help customer to setup end-end Lab environment for deployment of Atayalan’s universal core solution including training, demonstration and support of RAN integration and end-end testing and verification
• Provides training material and documentation to customers
• Clarify field issues and perform initial troubleshooting, provide first-line log analysis and coordination with R&D team to identify bugs and verify fixed bugs in the field
• Maintain close relationship with RAN technology partner to jointly identify, work out solution for the field problem.
• Support pre-sale demo and presentation to customer to help secure customer engagement
• Search for potential solutions to connect legacy IoT devices to Universal core via WiFi, 5G or LAN if needed and experiment the end-end integration of the identified solution is achievable

• BS (MS preferred) in CS, EE or Equivalent
• 5+ years of customer support experience in Networking related product
• Familiar with WiFi, 5G technologies and architecture
• Familiar with protocol, L2/L3 network planning
• Experience with UE and RAN simulators for functional, and performance testing
• experience in configuring routers/switches is a plus
• experience in Kubernetes is a plus
