Job Description

Conduct debt collections outbound calls for consumer credit loans
Resolve and follow-up on payment related customer inquiries
Update and maintain customer related demographic information
針對消費性逾期帳款進行電話通知提醒客戶繳款
提供客戶繳款問題諮詢與後續追蹤
記錄維護客戶資料

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure to meet targets, responsible and able to work as a team
At least 1 year of experience in collections or customer service related area
抗壓性高、責任心強、溝通協調能力佳、能獨立作業，具團隊合作精神
具備催收或客服一年以上的經驗

Interview process

There will be minimum two rounds of interviews.
