The Role

We’re on the hunt for a trend-savvy creative who loves to challenge the status quo amidst evolving graphical, digital trends and emerging technologies.

You are someone with a robust understanding of how marketing, e-commerce, and social media works - and their significant influence amongst Gen-Z and millennial shoppers. You’re no stranger to memes and internet lingo, and you take pleasure in creating engaging, dynamic, and head-turning visuals from concept to execution across various marketing channels. This position will report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with the Regional creative team. You will be joining a fast-growing team and have the unique opportunity to shape how our brand and product are built and our business is run in Taiwan!

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our brand, our visual language and the BNPL landscape, enforcing brand guidelines across all levels
  • Develop head-turning creative concepts to support campaign objectives through all our marketing channels, including integrated, digital, social media, performance marketing, EDMs and landing pages
  • Constantly challenge the status quo to raise the bar for creative quality
  • Understand project objectives and ask the right questions in order to execute creative solutions that will answer business challenges
  • Develop a data-driven and test-learn-iterate mindset
  • Support the Marketing Lead in authoring and refining brand guidelines
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Regional Creative peers and seniors to ideate and execute creative solutions
  • Manage and prioritize project timelines, ensuring that assets are delivered as promised
  • Ensure that our asset archival is organized and well-maintained on cloud storage

Persyaratan

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in an advertising agency or an in-house creative team
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch/Figma is a bonus
  • Extremely familiar with and proficient at creating assets for integrated, with highlights to digital marketing channels, across social media, performance marketing, EDMs and responsive landing pages
  • Experience in video production, video editing and camera or photography will be an advantage
  • Keeps a close pulse on global design trends and understands Gen-Z and pop culture
  • A highly developed eye for typography and layout, with a natural finesse for colours and composition
  • Armed with the latest design tools and tricks, with a desire to always drive quality and efficiency improvements
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under critical pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills in planning, managing and prioritizing multiple ongoing projects
  • Excellent communication skills to confidently present ideas and justify creative decisions with objectivity
  • A proactive self-starter with a hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team

Proses interview

There will be at least three rounds of interview, including a case study.
