The Role

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Operation Lead to engage and expand relationships with retailers through scalable processes and programs to prepare the company for hyper-growth. The role will blend strategy and execution and will have a direct impact on how the business grows and evolves.

You will be working closely with the General Manager and will be managing a team of merchant onboarding specialists, customer service specialists, and a big team of brand ambassadors that are positioned in our retail partnered stores to promote our product.

The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, is passionate about building solutions from scratch, and possesses the ability and hustle to pivot when facing challenges. You will lead a team that you are passionate about and connected with, and own the performance of the territory like your business.

Job Description

  • You will be an owner of impactful initiatives, design and operationalize strategic initiatives aimed at growing and scaling our business by providing a seamless merchant experience
  • Perform data analysis to surface strategic insights and report on key business metrics
  • You will design, build, and deploy innovative solutions to address the merchant’s pain points and to improve the processes.
  • You will influence both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across a wide variety of functions and levels
  • Building and optimizing scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper-growth
  • Strategy: exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
  • Product improvement: proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

職務要件

  • 4+ years of operations experience in a fast-growing environment, relevant work experience in strategy, retail, or sales operations is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive growth
  • Strong organization and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Sales training experience is a plus
  • Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
  • Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions
  • B2B Experience is an asset, but not required
  • Six Sigma knowledge or similar models such as Lean are advantageous.
