The Role:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to develop and lead the plans and programs to bring our brand to live in-store. You’ll be responsible for the activation of the hundreds of our partnered merchants, including scaling and managing a big team of atome brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging fast-paced environment, is passionate about building relationships with merchants, managing & scaling a large team and processes.

You will be joining a fast-growing team and have the unique opportunity to shape how our product is built and our business is run in Taiwan!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and program manage atome offline activities including our brand ambassadors program, store team training, etc
  • Develop and execute strategies and processes to drive demand to our merchants
  • Provide analytical reporting and support to maximize business growth
  • Manage out-sourced vendors in facilitating the execution of the brand ambassador program
  • Manage and scale a large team of atome brand ambassadors educating atome benefits to potential users across our partnered merchants

Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • 2 - 3 years of operations experience managing operational processes at scale
  • A depth of retail experience is a plus
  • Obsessed about our partnered merchants, desire to understand their challenges and come up with processes and solutions to exceed their needs
  • Have a passion for retail and daily operations
  • Highly analytical, with proven ability to make decisions based on data
  • Excellent in communications skills, ability to share insights with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated to manage multiple projects and execute within tight timelines

Interview process

There will be at least three rounds of interview, including a case study.
