Job Description
Responsibilities：
◆ SoC complete DFT flow including related simulation and STA
◆ Build script including MBIST, DFT compiler and ATPG
◆ Support chip designer to improve chip DFT quality
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications：
◆ Good communicating skills
◆ Nice team cooperation
Preferred Qualifications：
◆ Experienced in building CAD script
◆ Experienced in low power requirement
