Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with an annual and quarterly corporate brand content calendar including at least one quarterly campaign, one weekly blog article, and 2-3 social media posts per week, among other ongoing necessary written pieces, including campaign landing pages, eCommerce product listing, eNewsletter, B2B customer success stories, whitepapers, buyer's guide, etc. 
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources with SEO and social listening tools, interviews, questionnaires, and professional studies) 
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services with an emotional or story-telling approach
  • Proofread and edit all content before publication
  • Build out strategic copy landing pages and website pages
  • Submit work to Digital Marketing Lead or overseas marketing editors for input, approval, and keywords for SEO
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Track web page traffic, keyword ranking, adjust content with clickbait strategy, page titles, and descriptions
  • Approve digital content copy from the product marketing team
  • Working with Product Marketing and Global Marketing, identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content, and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
  • Update website content and copy as needed including building landing pages
  • Conduct media outreach when appropriate for public relations article placement
  • Coordinate interview copy for media outlet requests for publication


    Minimum Requirements:

    • 5+ years of B2B writing experience preferred (e.g. Whitepaper, Case studies, ebook, Blog)
    • Knowledgeable of the fundamentals of SEO and keyword research
    • BA/BS degree is required preferably in English, marketing, business, or communications.
    • Wellness program or knowledge of B2B software space a plus
    • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tool, SEMRush, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Social Media Management tool and content management systems
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail and timelines
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly
    • English native speaker / bilingual is a plus
