A role involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. A Sales Manager / Executive reports directly to a Country Manager. Some of the duties of a Sales Manager / Executive job include:

Responsibilities:

● Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
● Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end users and channels
● Reaching Quarterly & Monthly Revenue Targets
● Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
● Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
● Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations
● Calling to establish new opportunities
● Tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
● Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
● Delivering great presentation performance to our potential clients
● Generating potential leads in Taiwan
● Marketing development
● Strategize and engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
● Orchestrate discussions with senior managers around their business needs.
● Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
● Own best in class client strategy examples, creating relevant content for success cases.
● Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Engineering, Product and Operation.
● Work directly with clients to educate them on both technical and strategic concepts.
● Support Customer Success Managers on a range of high value accounts as a path to owning your own account portfolio.
● Contribute to the team hitting renewals, retention and net retention targets.
● Onboard new Sales team members, continuing to improve this process.

Requirements

Required Skills/Experience:

  • PREFER to have strong connections among Taiwan digital market.
  • MUST have experiences selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base.
  • MUST be fluent in English and native Mandarin.
  • BA/BS degree and preferably 2+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business.
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building.
  • Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies.
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
  • Report to the Country Manager of Taiwan.
