Amazon, is seeking bright, adaptable, and hardworking applicants to work at our Corporate Offices in Taiwan. IT Support Engineers work with Amazon teams to provide and support the IT equipment and services they need. We treat Amazon employees as our customers and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
A successful IT Support Engineer excels in a fast-paced, team
environment and possesses excellent communication skills. They have a
high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software,
hardware, and networking disciplines. As well as strong ownership, basis
for actions and dive deep from Amazon leadership principle, Meanwhile,
Team work is a MUST.
Your major responsibility is to ensure customer experience through our excellent IT professional technical supporting service from day to day operation. The other activities include:
- AV/VC Supporting Service- Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment.
- Providing remote tech support.
- User hardware/software/peripheral support.
- Day to day operational supporting service.
- LAN troubleshooting and support.
- Hardware procurement and asset management.
- Creating and maintaining technical documents.

Requirements
基本條件
- 至少三年以上 IT服務及網路相關工作經驗
- 擁有顧客至尚的工作精神
其他條件
- 有ITIL或CCNA/CCNE證照尤佳
- 有英文能力尤佳
- 下列技術為加分項目，但並非必須具備：Python, Photoshop, PMP證照/專案管理經驗

Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years IT service experience
- At least 3 years network experience
- A strong customer-centric mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certificate is preferred
- CCNA/CCNE is preferred
- English communication skills is a plus
- We appreciate employees from diverse backgrounds. Below qualifications are nice to have
but not a must: Development skill of Python, Photoshop skill, project
management skills/PMP certified
