We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who can manage huge mobile app projects. This role needs to work with Taiwan, US team, India team and, ODM vendor. The job duty includes

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Perform daily scrum Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree
• Overall experience: 5 years experience minimum, 5~10 years experience preferred
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall software lifecycle management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
