Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

Please Note:

  1. You are about to work with a startup with limited resource. The Trophy comes from our stock value.
  2. The founders are all engineers, we look forward to learn from your experience and grow the business together.
  3. Our business and service - Crypto payment service will need to compliant all the regulations in the countries that we entered.
  4. All the candidates need to speak fluent English; Japanese will be a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities
1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
2. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
4. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
5. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
6. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
7. Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Requirements
1. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
2. Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
6. Proven ability to position products against competitors
7. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
8. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
9. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
10. BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
