Job Description

‧Promote and sell the division's and/or business unit’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

‧Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

‧Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

‧Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

‧Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

‧Provides historical records by maintaining records on assigned geographic area and customer sales.

‧Responsible for collecting complaint samples and information, documenting, and forwarding the pharmacovigilance related reports and complaints to product manager for reporting to relative parties.

* The job function listed is not exclusive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.


Qualifications and Requirements • University degree in business administration, marketing or related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and in healthcare industry Personal and Skills • Ability to work cross functionally and in matrix organization • Able to work independently and multi task • Good interpersonal skills • Good in Microsoft Office tools 請詳閱台灣柏朗官網,了解該部門產品線(General Open Surgery)後再投遞申請!
