【職位說明】

根據公司發展戰略，建立產品品牌,電商通路平台,會員經營,Line@官方帳號.規劃,社群粉專,網路口碑操作,各項行銷活動策劃執行,完成指定的業績目標.
電商營運部門日常操作包含內容行銷、廣告投放、社群營運、eDM 行銷，目標包含會員數成長、會員活躍成長與 銷售成長，帶領1-2位後勤人員。 【工作目標】 1. 提高行銷資源（金錢、時間與人力）運用效率。 2. 提高電商部門與產品、商業開發與異業結盟企劃,新媒體等部門合作效率。 3. 達成年度績效目標，包含但不限於營收、會員數、會員活躍數與 流量,轉單率, 下單數。4. 產品及廣告文案撰寫、產品銷售、市場分析、FB、IG企業平台建置及廣告投放。

【工作內容】 1. 參與公司行銷決策，並共同扛起電商團隊的目標。 2. 認同與培養企業文化與價值觀。 3. 領導團隊並管理用戶成長營運部門工作品質與效率，拿數據成果說話。 4. 規劃行銷預算並執行行銷活動，包括但不限於社群、eDM 與即時通訊等通路。 有興趣了解更多請私訊我或是直接將履歷寄至:[email protected]

【能力與經驗】Criteria

• 曾擔任電商平臺PM或廣告行銷相關工作三年以上經驗

More than three years of experience in e-commerce platform PM or advertising

marketing related work.

• 熟悉與客戶溝通的技巧並能確實瞭解客戶之需求

Familiar with the skills of communicating with customers and can really

understand the needs of customers.

• 細心、邏輯清晰、良好的溝通協調能力

Careful, logically clear, good communication and coordination skills

• 具備產業競品分析能力並制定合理價格策略

Have the ability to analyze competitive products in the industry and formulate

reasonable price strategies

• 具備數位廣告投放相關經驗

Experience with digital advertising

• 具備市場、行銷概念, 諳網紅、社群、口碑、

電商、食品、保健食品及化妝品市場,具有相應法規知識尤佳

Possess market and marketing concepts, familiar with internet celebrities,

communities, word-of-mouth, E-commerce, food, health food and cosmetics

markets, knowledge of relevant regulations is preferred

• 執行力及人際關係佳, 能適應變動的環境及壓力。

Good execution and interpersonal skill, able to adapt to changing environments

and pressures.

• 曾任職於創業型公司,具備創業精神者更佳

Worked in start-up companies, those with entrepreneurial spirit are better
