1. Understand overall project objectives, stakeholders’ expectations and commitments to the BOT Client.
2. Plan and establish project management mechanism, i.e. guidelines, policies, processes, and document standards. Coaching and follow up the compliance.
3. Managing routine project functions, including schedule management, resources management, issue management, change request management, document management, quality management, risk management, coordination and communication.
4. Coordinate and communicate with functional managers to ensure project objectives, activities and all the deliverables can be met.
