職責 | Responsibilities

身為 BLD Energy 的 Project Manager，您的任務是規劃和監督 BLD Energy 電力交易 APP 的開發工作，以確保及時和高質量的交付。 您需要在整個開發生命週期中規劃和指定項目資源、準備預算、監控進度、管理風險並與所有利害關係人持續的溝通。

As a project manager at BLD Energy, you are tasked with planning and overseeing the development of BLD Energy’s power trading application to ensure timely and quality delivery. You are expected to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with all stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.

• 擬定項目計劃，維護項目目標，並持續的與利害關係人協調以確保準時、高質量的產品交付
  • Create project plans, maintain project objectives, and coordinate with stakeholders for timely and quality delivery
• 及時與利害關係人溝通產品專案的可交付成果、里程碑、風險和相依性
  • Communicate project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely manner
• 管理專案風險並實施風險應對措施
  • Manage projects risks and implement risk countermeasures
• 定期的監控和報告專案進度，抱括但不限於這些開發階段：規劃、分析、設計與開發、QA等
  • Monitor and report project progress on a regular basis, including but not limited to the following development phases: planning, analysis, design & development, quality assurance, etc.
• 主導專案相關會議、撰寫議程、紀錄會議紀要並追蹤行動要領
  • Facilitate meetings, create agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items
• 通過訪談、數據分析和用戶反饋追蹤關鍵指標，以生成用戶需求洞察
  • Track key metrics through interviews, data analysis, and user feedback to generate actionable insights for product improvements.

必要條件 | Minimum Qualifications

• 3 年以上的軟體專案管理工作相關經驗
  • 3+ years of project management or related experience
• 精通項目管理工具，例如Asana、Confluence等
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Confluence, etc.
• 熟悉各種項目管理模式，例如 Agile、Scrum、Lean、Kanban 等
  • Familiar with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.
• 熟悉軟體開發生命週期、風險及挑戰
  • Familiar with the software development life cycle, its risks and challenges
• 具有出色的領導能力、溝通能力（書面和口頭）、批判性思維、時間管理能力、團隊合作及外交技能
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), critical-thinking, time management, teamwork, and diplomacy skills
• 善於分析、理解用戶需求，發掘產品問題，以及設計問題的解決方案
  • Great at analyzing and understanding user needs, discovering problems, and designing solutions

• 具備 PMP 執照
  • Certified project management professional
• 擁有帶領、管理團隊之經驗
  • Experience leading and managing teams
• 擁有管理複雜的 mobile 或 web 軟體開發項目的經驗
  • Experience managing complex mobile or web development projects
• 擁有程式語言、資料庫概念，或擁有開發經驗
  • Knowledge of programming languages and databases
• A/B Testing 操作與分析經驗
  • Experience with A/B Testing
• 精通英文者優先考慮
  • Fluency in English preferred
