Job Description

As B2B Support Manager, you will work closely with Sales Manager and Marketing Manager and be responsible to manage and execute all aspects of BloomMe’s business account on-boarding. This specifically includes:

  • Align with the Company mission, vision, values and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication and feedback processes
  • Manage the B2B Support team by hiring, training and leading the B2B Support team  to achieve various account management targets and business goals.
  • Closely work with Sales Team to ensure seamless on-boarding of new clients.
  • Setup all BloomMe accounts and manage the account processing requirements and database.
  • Manage the daily account management operation in compliance with company systems and processes.
  • Training new and existing clients on how to best utilize BloomMe products such that they are able to gain the full benefits of product usage.
  • Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts and keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide ongoing support to all clients to confirm that they continue to make effective use of products.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and service.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Communicates and collect clients' needs and demands to the relative internal department and follow through.
  • Manage clients' inquiries by phone, e-mail and/or face-to-face meetings.
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive and highly goal oriented. You will also have a customer-oriented approach and ability to communicate and present the benefits of our software solutions and our booking marketplace in a clear manner. You will also be inspiring to lead for team success and proactive contributor for inter-department tasks. Prior experience in the beauty industry are preferred.

●Tertiary education preferred
●Minimum 5 years of account management experience preferably in IT software, B2B, POS, Retail, or Beauty industry
●Proven successful track record in building and managing B2B account team.
●Proactive with good presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
●Self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
●Proficiency in English and Mandarin
