1. Project Management (50%): Lead transformation projects in specific domains such as customer experience, digital, compliance and regulatory, data and analytics etc. Application of both agile and waterfall methods.
2. Strategic Planning (20%): Contribute to the setup of the overall industrial (platform and processes) strategy for the organization bringing in new ideas on digital platforms to create value for our customers and partners.
3. Stakeholder Management (20%): Design and manage complex processes across a matrixed, global organization Stakeholder and relationship management at both senior and peer levels.
4. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities (10%): Deliver ad-hoc responsibilities related to digital asset performance management, change management activities, innovation agenda etc.
