Responsibilities:

• 接聽總機電話
• 協助處理庶務性行政工作
• 包裹、信件郵寄及收發
• 負責辦公室環境與設備之簡易清潔與維護
• 負責外出送件、物件寄送及簡易業務處理
• 支援其他部門業務(如: 採購、會計、人事、法務等)
• 完成主管交代事項
