Requirements
- 五年以上軟體領域工作經驗，兩年以上技術團隊管理經驗；
- 能密切參與公司戰略策略之討論，了解公司短中長期目標，並能以終為始，落實到工作規劃與資源安排；
- 熟悉 CI/CD, Aglie/Scrum 等軟體開發及測試的工具或方法；
- 能定義、監控並不斷改善軟體開發流程，持續提高自動化，並形成透明、可問責的記錄；
- 能定義合適的開發指標，並可具體量測，形成反饋；
- 了解網路、資料庫、雲端服務、微服務之原理及架構設計；
- 良好的程式架構及模式設計能力；
- 能快速釐清問題，並形成解決方向（問題對焦-Zoom in/out及拆解的能力）；
- 重視個人及團隊的學習成長（無論是軟技能或硬技能）；
- 真誠理解成員，並誠實給予反饋，協助他人成長；
- 能促進團隊討論，引導形成共識並落實跟進；
- 能促成不同特質的工程師通力合作，發揮團隊最大潛力；
- 具強大的正向能量，能帶領夥伴完成艱難的挑戰；
- 有良好的抽象能力，能清晰簡潔地詮釋技術；
- 具後設認知能力，能了解自己，並與夥伴相互支持；
