Job Description
- 負責產品開發專案管理：包含需求功能對焦、時程控管、產出品質
- 需處理內容團隊、專案團隊跨部門溝通以及客戶溝通協調
- 需與工程師溝通協作、確實掌握開發風險並及時提出資源需求與協調期程異動以達成專案目標
- 於前期設定假設並於產品上線後基於數據成效來進行產品優化迭代更新
Requirements
- 大學畢科系不限，產品開發專案管理經驗 1-2 年以上
- 學習動機高、細心、表達能力與邏輯清楚
- 對網站或 APP 建置流程、功能架構有一定熟悉度，具備需求文件撰寫能力 ( flow chat、wireframe )
- EQ 高，具團隊合作精神並能與設計師及開發工程師流暢協作
- 良好的跨部門溝通能力、問題解決能力
- 熟悉 GA、GTM、其他分析工具 加分
- 提供能表達個人對專案管理能力之作品、文件或說明者 加分
