Job Description

  • Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all services and repairs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in quality assurance processes and audits.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on various types of equipment. Diagnose complex issues and execute repairs. May also involve upgrading equipment or installing new systems.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide detailed guidance to resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on equipment operation and maintenance. Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and client interactions. Prepare and submit reports on equipment performance, client feedback, and field activities.
  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate specific projects, including installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment. Manage timelines, resources, and client expectations.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive service delivery. Provide feedback to product development teams based on field experiences.
  • Continuous Learning and Skills Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in the field. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools. Ensure availability of necessary items for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • On-Call and Emergency Services: Be available for on-call duties and respond to emergency service requests, which may include travel and off-hours work.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Improvement Suggestions: Provide constructive feedback to improve service delivery and equipment performance. Suggest improvements based on field observations and client interactions.


  • 2 or more years semiconductor field service/customer service/customer support experiences
  • Working proficiency English level
