Branding & PR Intern

Job Description

This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to delve into the fields of branding, PR, and partnership development, with a focus on integrated marketing communications (IMC) in the APAC region and international markets. As an intern, you will actively participate in real-world projects, including campus ambassador programs and global marketing initiatives, gaining invaluable experience and building a robust portfolio.

Key Learning Opportunities:

  • Branding & PR Mastery: Develop strategic owned-to-earned media mindset, create compelling content, and boost brand visibility through targeted PR campaigns.
  • Partnership Skill Sets: Research and brainstorm of the collaboration with key partners, leveraging both local and international resources to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Comprehensive Project Involvement: Assist in the planning and execution of significant projects, such as campus ambassador programs and corporate events, enhancing your project management skills.


1. PR:

  • Strategize and curate the list of potential B2B and B2C media partners, annual events, and award opportunities to elevate our brand presence.
  • Conduct research and manage content licensing and publication on various media and social media platforms (e.g. 創業小聚、LINE Today).
  • Gather and analyze media exposure articles to monitor our brand's visibility.
  • Execute PR exposure re-marketing on different owned media channels

2. Partnership Development:

  • Research and identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals, creating a robust partnership bank of collaborators. (Start from TW, cross-leverage with overseas resources)
  • Organize and communicate internal needs for social media and visual design support in accordance with external partners to exchange resources
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all partnership projects, ensuring seamless documentation and reporting.

3. Branding:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of campus ambassador programs, including activity documentation and management of FB community operations.
  • Support event logistics for brand projects, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
  • Facilitate event logistics for corporate visits, providing a professional and welcoming experience for our guests.

  • Effective communicator in English and Chinese.
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Committed for a minimum 6-month period, with the option to extend (min. 3 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-school experience in PR, marketing, event planning, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
