Description
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Collaborate with COE of HR to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
- At least 7 yrs of working experience with full-function HR Management or Business Partner.
- Experienced in MNC or large corporate structure as well as fast-paced start-up environment.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
