Job Description
A fast growing startup company backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. We provides a Collaborative Inbox for conversational engagement on instant messengers (WhatsApp, FB, Instagram, WeChat, Line etc) . We’re a group of young, caring, collaborative and yet hungry and “get shit done” team aiming at transforming how businesses communicate externally with customers on instant messenger and internally with the team.
Responsibility
- Develop our B2B SaaS product's backend and make sure high availability and scalability
- Plan and implement the architecture of web platforms, REST APIs and CLI tools
- Integrate different API channels (Whatsapp, FB Messengers, Line, WeChat, etc)
- Write high quality, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced startup environment with tight schedules
- Help evaluate and choose emerging technologies, new service protocols, and architectures, self-healing capabilities, performance and code quality tooling, etc.
- Plan and execute transitions to a micro services architecture to help us to scale our business.
- Support in designing and maintaining automated release process tools and infrastructure
Requirements
Experience
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience with Nodejs, PHP
- A strong track-record building APIs and MySQL DBs, AWS, CI/CD technologies
- Experience in messaging queues like RabbitMQ
- Excellent database / SQL skills, including performance optimization and normalization
- Experience designing and developing CLI tools for background tasks and/or automation
- Skillful with Git including rebases, squashing commits, and using bisect to find bugs
- Experience with Linux and the command line
Extra
- Solid experience with Python is a plus
- Docker/Kubernetes/Elasticsearch would be a plus
- Full stack experience is a plus
- DevOps experience is a plus
