Responsibilities
- Work in Global Headquarter HR team to provide day to day HR support in relation learning & development and other administration for employees.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Requirements
- University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Management or Organization Development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- Experiences in MNC companies OR multi-countries HR support is required
